Yoon Sang-min, who was newly appointed as the chairman, is a former specialist who served as the head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the Catholic University of Korea.

Artist Yoon has already published three photographic books by himself, and includes two invitation exhibitions at the world-famous Dark Gallery in the United States, a personal invitation exhibition at Sun Art Space located in Beijing's 798 Art Zone, and a personal invitation exhibition at Weihai City Museum of Art in China. He is a famous artist who has been invited to solo exhibitions at public art museums in China, such as a private exhibition at the Lushan Municipal Museum of Art, and presented a successful exhibition.

Artist Yoon Sang-min completely escaped from the conventional concept of photography, and, like all pioneers, had many difficulties, but for the first time in the world, he clearly expresses his own world of work.

Artist Yoon's theory of work is ‘optically analyzed to present a new theory of refraction’, and his work world receives respect and praise from people around the world for his creative activities based on the theoretical background.

In 2020, based on the wide exchanges with the Chinese art world that he had accumulated while boldly breaking the prejudice that he was not from a specific school in the art world in Korea, he was unanimously elected as the second chairman of the Korean-Chinese Art Association in 2020 to a new level. It is expected that Korea-China art exchange will be promoted.

First of all, after taking office as the chairman, it is seeking changes, such as lowering the threshold for joining the association, such as lowering the admission fee to the association, which is known to be expensive among Korean art associations, by 250,000.

Artist Cha Hong-gyu, who led the association for over five years as the first president, advocated'free exhibition' and'free publicity', which has been difficult in the art world. Free invitation for members, as well as free invitations for members at the Korean Cultural Center in China, Sun Art Space Gallery in 798 Art District, Chinese Art Museums such as Guangzhou University of Fine Arts, and Lushan University of Fine Arts, and at public art museums such as Weihai City Art Museum, Grassland City Art Museum, and Lushan City Art Museum. Invited exhibitions were held.
